Printer Locked

I have a HP OfficeJet 4632 printer, I have been using non OEM cartridges from Cartridge World for 1 1/2 years with no problem, in past, when I install refill, message shows that I am using a non HP product, and I get a message verifying I accept voiding my warranty, I OK, and all is well except it does not show ink level (OK). I have reset printer, deleted programs associated, and reprogrammed from disc provided with printer. Now message shows counterfeit and will not let me bypass.
Refills from Cartridge World are stamped HP61XL,, is correct.
