    Hi There

I'm using HP Photosmart C4280 All-in-one printer. I'm not sure why I went from C4280 to C4280 Copy 1 to Copy 6. Now all the other copies worked just fine but copy 6 is giving me problems. I can print OK but the preferences button does not work. Here is the error I get when I click on it.

"Function address 0x4f515175 caused a protection default. (Exception code 0x0000005). Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed."

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this problem. I'm using Windows XP (MS Office 2000). Just recently, I installed Mcafee virus protection. Not sure of this caused the problem or not.

Does anyone out there know how to fix this problem??

    Mario

    Hi Dai

Mcafee is the only program that I installed. OK, I will try and remove the printer and re-install it and see if that solves the problem.

    Thanks
