I have windows xp. It is still working ok, but my printer has stopped working. It was a HP6200. I bought another HP printer
and got it set up but it will not print either. There is no error message it just won't print. I don't know what to do now. Someone
said that I may have STOPPED programs. I'm not sure what that means. When I want to print it does nothing. If I use the
iconfor printer it does nothing. What can I do,instead of getting a new computer?

What's the model name and model number of that new HP printer?

If you don't know for sure, advise us what the product number(P/N) on the sticker is.

We're not there, so we don't know what you did.

    Please answer Laz123's question.
