Printer offline message

On my HP computer I have windows 8 I am getting a printer offline error message when I try to print.

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7310 Graphics, 384 MB
Hard Drives: C: 448 GB (274 GB Free); D: 15 GB (1 GB Free);
Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard 2B01, ver 1.02, s/n 1234567890123456
System: AMI, ver HPQOEM - 1072009, s/n 4CI33103HC
Antivirus: COMODO Antivirus, Enabled

if you have rebooted the computer and printer and still not working then try to clear the print spool queue.

  • Hold down the Windows Key and press "R" to bring up the Run dialog.
  • Type services.msc, then press "Enter".
  • Find the "Print Spooler" service in the list. Right-click it, then select "Stop".
  • Leave the Services window open. Hold down the Windows Key and press "R" to bring up the Run dialog.
  • Type %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\, then press "Enter".
  • Select all of the files by holding "CTRL" and pressing "A".
  • Press the "Delete" key to delete all of the files.
  • Go back to the Services window, right-click "Print Spooler", then select "Start"
If this does not work then please tell us what win you are running 7,8,10 etc
