I am trying to print. Tried connecting/find printer. Says its offline.
I went to printer and connected to wi-fi using my password. But still no. What do I do.

You should get rid of Norton 360 and stick with Windows 10's built-in antivirus app.
Using a third-party aantivirus app can cause various issues in Windows 10.

Sorry, but I'm not going to get rid of Norton. I had it working one time with Norton running. But thanks all for suggestions. I'm going to try to get ahold of Epson and see what they recommend.
