The problem we are experiencing is that on some of our documents when printed the letters within a word are spaced out.

    For example. T he b est w ay t o l ook a t t his i s t o s how y ou.

We are running 2000 server and it is on it. The two computers who suffer the problem mostly are laptops which have word 2002 on them. Both units have the appropriate XP drivers installed and it does not do this all of the time.

Mostly it will do it when we take an older document and edit it. Also we have discovered the only fix for it is to highlight the entire paragraph and change from justified back to left and then back to justified.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    freddy

What program are you trying to print from? Is it only happening with one program?

Have you tried reinstalling the print driver on the laptops? Remove the existing installation before reinstalling.
