PRINTER PROBLEMS and now no access to Printer Problems

    CORRECT ABOVE TO NO ACCESS TO PRINTER PROPERTIES (not Problems)

    IBM 433dx/sl 386 extended memory Printer Epson dot matrix LQ 570 Now I cannot get access to printer properties from file. Have removed many programs and this has probably contributed to my problems. Error messages: .dll file missing;RUNDLL32 general protection fault in module UNIDRV.DLL; msgsrv32; Am not very computer literate. and very frustrated.:confused:
