    Hi and welcome.

If you'll type in lower case letters, it'll be easier to read your posts.

Do you get an error message? What exactly is happening?

Email from poster: (it'll be easier if you'll reply back to the thread, as I'm having bad connection day)

    This is the message:

i am 1 computer out of 10 in this office, we are independent of each other but we all print to this 1 printer, we are connected to a hub and we all run 1 program that is common to all of us and i can print just fine if im in that program. if i try to print from anywhere else, it doesnt work. this is a new computer with windows xp. i know i need to install a default printer and have tried, but its just not working. i figured i needed the driver for this printer , so i went on line and downloaded it . tried to add the printer again, still nothing. i dont get any error messages, just that the printer was unable to print the document. i need somebody that knows more about installing the printer to walk me through the process.........
