printer will not print a specific file

My printer DOES print, but will not print one particular Word file for me. I do have some clip art in this document and it is partly in color. I have printed several Word documents before and after trying this one.

The printer activates and runs paper through, but there is no printing done. Any thoughts??

Only 2 things come to mind . . .

That document is corrupt, or the clipart you have inserted is corrupted

or . . .


You need to update your Printer drivers. Go to the manufacturer's website to see if you have the latets versions.

Does it print other word files with pictures

what version of word do you have

onlater versions go to tools/options/print and tick print background and tick print drawing objects
