I have several printers that are connected to a 2000 machine. I am running A.D. and have published the printers in A.D. I would like to use A.D. to handle all the control and access to these printers. However I am unable to find the security tab for the printers. I created a new OU for the printers and I can see the printers but when I go to the properties of the printers the security tab is not there. Please help me with this, and also the computer that is hosting the printers is not a member of the domain nor do I want it too, I mainly want it to be a simple print server that is able to surf the net. It make it easier for my Fiance to use it without having to worry about logging into the domain, that would just confuse her lol. Thanks.
