Why after years of doing so, not changed printer, not done anything different, can I not print the body of my e-mails,
it just prints the header From,To,Sent.Subject.

Hi there, where exactly are you printing your emails from?
are you using a browser? or an email client like outlook or thunderbird?
moreover who is your email provider?
can you post a screenshot of a test email?

Am using Outlook Express 6, ISP is Plusnet, I also have a Gmail address,
can't do a screen shot as it does not to a Print Preview but all I get is the top of the mail with
    From:
    To:
    Sent:
    Subject,

the actual message does not print, have tried it with all the address's, also old e-mails which I have printed in the past.

    Hi there,
Go to the control panel - > add/remove programs-> and uninstall internet explorer 8
restart your computer, and then try to print your email again.

I have not got a 'remove' for IE anywhere,
and would not like to do that, I have had a look at it and can't see anything wrong,
might just have to leave it and copy/paste what e-mails I want into Word.

if you come up with any other ideas will be gratful

The full name is "Windows Internet Explorer 8." That's the entry that's not in Add/Remove Programs?

I understand that it's a little bit of work to revert to IE7 or 6, and then maybe reinstall IE8, but if nobody posts another idea you may have to just grit your teeth and expend some effort. :)

Thanks TerryNet, stupid it is there, am not rushing to remove it yet, because I have my doubts that it is the reason,
