I recently tried to print cinema tickets from a cinema website. The page produced contained only headers and footers, not the tickets. This is an example of what always happens when I try to print from the internet. I don't think this is a printer problem as I can print from Excel without a problem. Perhaps I should have posted this in a different forum? The problem occurs whether I am using Chrome or Firefox. I have Windows 10.
It could be an issue with how the website creators designed the page to flow text when viewed on-screen but breaks how the browser lays out the page when printing. In the case of the tickets page, check if there any kind of a "print tickets" button that may load a special version of the page for printing.
