I have created a Custom form using Outlook 2010. The problem is I can't print the form in Landscape.
I used the VBA code for background printing in Word after Prntscr. But the document prints in Portrait, hence small an dhard to read. ANyway I can print it in Landscape to fit the shett?

Thank you,

Why not print it direct from Outlook?
Select Page set up and choose Landscape.
Then you can Print it direct from Outlook.

You do NOT need any VBA code as the background option is a basic printer set-up option.

Prntscr takes a PICTURE and when you paste it into Word it will still be a PICTURE.
