Is there any way to print selected pages of an e-mail message in Outlook XP? I get a nice print preview by page but see no way to print only the pages I want.

I set my printer to do a Print Preview option by default in Printer Properties. The document is sent to the printer when I chhose to print it, but before the printer actually prints, I get a preview. From ther, I can right-click and page and select Remove Page, thereby only printing the pages of the email I want.

I tested this on Outlook XP on a Win2k system, using a networked Epson Stylus 760 printer.

    It should work for you.

Thanks a lot, Randy. I'll check that out and see if it works for me.

Another method that works quite well is to highlight only the portions of the e-mail (or Web page) you want to print. Go to File/Print and click Selection in the Print Range area. Only the highlighted portions will be printed.

For highlighting, Dreamboat gave us these shortcuts a month ago:

    Shift+Down arrow (line by line)
    Shift+Page down (page by page)
    Shift+End (to end of line)
    Shift+Home (to beginning of line)

They work extremely well, particularly for Web pages that run off the right edge if you try to print any other way.
