You will probably find this a ridiculous question. I have just had to throw out my Canon Pixma 4200 printer and have acquired a second hand HP colour laserjet printer which is great but...when I want to print a 4"x6" photo the paper size doesn't come up on the list of options. Can someone advise me on what to do.
Thanks
Nita

Did you install the HP software for the printer ???
What's the model number of the HP Printer and your operating system ??
Do you have any other Image viewing/editing software installed .. Like Irfanview ???

You can get the software Here

Photoshop is great (I have it) .. But I think it's too complicated and slow loading (unless you have a SSD) ...
To use for general Image usage ... So, I use Irfanview for my printing chores ... (and my main computer is still XP)
What program are you printing with and what happens if you use something else ???

It could be that the HP CP 2025 software isn't installed and the print routine doesn't know what the available parameters are
