I am trying to assist a user who is unable to print from IE 5.5 or Outlook Express. When attempting to print a web page or email the printer gives a mainly blank page with one line of print as follows:
    C:\windows\temp\tri*****.htm
***** is a varying alpha/numeric string, the remainder is always the same.

Printing from all other applications is fine
OS is Win 98SE, Printer is Lexmark Z43

Microsoft KB offers little help, suggests incorrect printer selected or incorrect encoding, both of these have been checked and are OK.

I had this problem a number of times. In two case I had to uninstall I.E. and then do a full reinstall. The last problem I was luckly enough that I.E. 5.5 was install so I upgraded to I.E. 5.5 sp2.

Hopefully One of the two solution will help you.
