Oddly, there is no current problem, but I know of one.

A couple of times in the past, I've installed Firefox 1.5. It worked well, except for when I went to print something. I tried it around several sites that had no relation. Instead of pictures, FFox would print these glitchy black and grey bars. Text would come out fine though. This problem was something I didn't want, so I went back and reinstalled FF 1.0.7.

In the past, before I even got the computer I use now, I was on Opera. I knew of Firefox, but Opera looked better and had stuff I didn't know firefox had too. The problem with Opera is that it would only print a picture if it was a part of a page. It wouldn't select/highlight pictures. When I came across this with my new comptuer and printer, I went over to Firefox, which did what was missing.

Now, since I know that a lot of extensions will progress towards 1.5, I'm looking for a remedy to either Firefox or Opera's situations. It doesn't matter.

I'm on Windows XP with Service Pack 2. I have a Dell All-In-One 922 printer.

If any more info than that is needed (motherboard stuff), let me know. I'm sorry if this has been brought up before.
