Which Headers are you referring to? The To, CC, and Subject fileds?

Or are you referring to the Internet Headers?

If it is the first, then they will print out if they are shown. Click on View, Message Header.

If it is the Internet Headers, which show how mails have been routed, through whichever servers and such, then there will be none, as you have sent it, but not received it. You can only see these headers from received mails.

    Hi Randy, thanks for replying.
    What I`m wanting to print out is this;

When I open my sent folder, it shows all the emails that I have sent....this is what I want to print.

Hope I was a little clearer on it.

    Thanks!

What Email program are you using?

I will assume it is Outlook 2000, as I can guarantee the following will work on that.

Open Outlook and go to File, Import and Export

Click on Export to a file and then click Next

Click on Comma Separated Values (Windows) then click Next

Select which Folder you want (Sent Items) and then click Next

Name the file, and the location you want it in, ie "C:\My Documents\sent items.CSV" then click Next

    Click Finish.

You may now open the file in Excel, Works Spreadsheet, or even Notepad. Each field will be separated by a comma, so the spreadsheet option will be better.

That was what I was afraid you would say, that you would have Outlook Express.

I do not know of any way to do this in OE. It is, after all, a scaled down version of Outlook provided free with Internet Explorer.

The only way I could see you getting anything, would be to get a screenshot of your Sent items, but that would only provide a picture of it.

    Sorry about that!

Maybe someone else knows if this can be done in OE.
