Ok, if other people can print, this means that your server is running fine, and that you should look for the problem on one PC only.
First thing to do would be to check the network connections. Can you access the network from the PC ? Have you tried pinging the print server ? What was the result ?
Secondly, check if the print job arrives on the print server. If you check the print queue, do you see the job you launched on the client pc ? You can see the print queue by selecting start/settings/printers and the shared network printer
Thirdly, make sure the printer isn't in "pause" mode on the client PC. Again, goto start/settings/printers and click the shared network printer. In the "Printer" menu, you will see a "Pause printing" option. Make sure it is not checked
