Whenever I start my computer I receive a message "Printray.dll not found". I have a new HP Desktop 3930 printer. When I try to print, the first try is successful. After that I receive a message telling me there is a script error. Sometimes if I refresh the page it will print. I had a Lexmark 1185 before and it did the same thing. Thanks for your help.

When I turn on my computer (Dell, about 5 yrs. old, now I have a HP 3930 printer, before I had a Lexmark X1185 and before that another Lexmark printer) I get a message "PrinTray.dll not found". When I try to print something through File, Print, I get a message telling me "Script Error, continue?". If I say no it does not print. If I say yes it does not print. Sometime if I click on the print icon on the print bar it will print or sometimes if I refresh it will print. Please help!!!!!

    Hi, Welcome to TSG!!

    Save HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.

Double click on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijack This.
Continue to click Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the Select Addition Tasks dialogue.
Put a check by Create a desktop icon then click Next again.
Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.
At the final dialogue box click Finish and it will launch Hijack This.

click Open the Misc Tools section
Click Open Uninstall Manager, Save list and save the log to your Desktop.
A list of programs will open in Notepad. Post the contents of the log here in your next reply.
