Printscrn comes out black

    Hello,
    when i take a screenshot and paste it to a word document, it comes out black. I do not know where the problem is, word or printscrn? how can i avoid that issue?

    well i tried that one and it did not allow me to do so. But now i can paste the screenshot to both word and paint. i do not know what happened but it is working fine. I remember this happened before for sometime.

    Hello again,

    Well yesterday printscrn funcion "solved" the problem itself, but later on the problem came back. Now it works fine again. Do any of you know what may cause the problem and/or how it can be solved ?

    Smartguy01, thanks for your response and links.
    Actually i have a program called zapgrap2 and this one gives me a hard time as well. i was told that there might be something wrong with some screen settings but i don`t know how to do it. any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
