pro evo 8

    i recently go pro evolution soocer 8 on pc. when i play it it has a bad quality.
    when i went on settings, i tried to put it on the best quality but it said that you need a different video card.

    it said that you need to get a Pixel/Vertex Shader 3.0 and a VRAM 256 MB Directx 9.0c

    what are they and how do you download them.
