I'm having some visual disturbances and tried to reduce the brightness using the hot button on the monitor. I had succeeded in reducing it in the past but don't know how. I tried pushing the button and all it did was increase the brightness so now I'm worse off than before. There doesn't seem to be any function for up or down. I can't find anything is display options either related to brightness.

    Can anyone help with this?

I was able to find that you push the hot button and then the down arrow which looked like it was for volume to reduce the value. Phew.
