Problem after booting in Safe mode using MSconfig

    Hi,

    I booted into the safe mode using the msconfig .
    But iam stucked while booting in safe mode,the system gets hanged and also i could not log in normal mode also..please help

    It sounds like you messed around with the BOOT.INI file.

    If you wanted to boot into safe mode, all you had to do was keep tapping the F8 key as soon as you powered on your computer. The options menu screen would've appeared, then you select "safe mode" or "safe mode with networking".

    I'm not familiar with how to resolve your problem, so hopefully someone else will jump in to assist you.

    You shouldn't use msconfig to boot to safe mode.

    Try booting to Last Known Good Configuration.
