My parents are trying to connect a dvd player (has no hdmi port on it and it isn't a blue ray) to a panasomic hdtv. We have tried using component cables to connect these two, but it only has a snowy screen, and they tried buying a hdmi to component cable, which did not work. They also tried using the composite cable to no avail. So what now?
Im not sure if there is a similar problem somewhere in the forum, but if there is please send me the link.
