problem in shutdown and restart

    in my notebook(hp) some times it's not shutingdown/restart.
    each time I need to hold the power button but it hibernate and after resuming from hibernation it shuts down or restarts

    how can it be fixed

    have you tried scaning your hard drive with NOD32 for malware?

    if it is there NOD32 is most likely to find it.

    how long have you been having this problem?

    where I can get this NOD32

    this problem is not an old one I think this I got one week ago.
    before I'd the problem that I'm not sure.

    just google for NOD32.

    download a trial version.

    what kind of antivirus software do you currently have?

    have you purchased it or are you using a free one like AVG?

    I've nortan internet security,spyware doctor installed in my pc
