    Hi everybody

I have a problem with using Outlook on BT Internet. I have used this combination before from this computer and it worked perfectly.
I had a problem with Outlook as had a message in my outbox which was malicious and sending many messages out from my account, I got rid of this with Norton and have no problem since. Removal required re-installing 365 package from MS site. When I tried to reinstall Outlook completely failed even though followed MS method and BT instructions.
I can use BT email directly but cannot send emails via Outlook through BT internet. BT internet is awful very slow and difficult to use.
Is there anyone out there who can help me as have had to replace 4 keyboards as the tend to blow up as a result of me crying because I cant get it to use Outlook.

outlook and BT email can be very difficult sometimes, out of all the email services, BT causes the most issues , particularly following an update and often with Norton

turn norton off for 15 mins (depending on norton version)
then check the SMTP settings on outlook for BTINTERNET
and try sending with Norton OFF
