I have a Sanyo HD1A camera which I think it use FAT format for the SD card. During my last vacation, I got a memory full. Without thinking carefully, I unplug the SD card from my MP3 player and plug it in the HD1A. It seems to work normally, I can take photos and videos and playback locally without problem. After I returned home and tried to upload the content of the SD card to my PC, I found that I could only read the folder and files that I previously used for my MP3 player but I can't find the files taking by the HD1A. I later realized that my MP3 player formated the SD card in FAT32 format. Apparently there is a format conflict problem. I know that the photos and videos are still in the SD card as I can still play it back from my camera locally. Connecting the camera via the usb cable and use it as drive has the same result. I can only read the folder created by the MP3 player in FAT32 format. Instead of using the camera in drive mode, I selected pictbridge and I can get back the photos but not the videos. I wonder if anybody know how to fix the problem. Thanks in advance, your help is most appreciated!
