Hi. I have just installed Fifa 2004 on PC, but whenever I double click on the desktop icon of Fifa 2004, a logo for Fifa 2004 comes up for about 3 seconds, then the screen goes black, and it then returns to the Windows Desktop, without the game starting. I have tried changing the screen resolution, installed the latest Directx and also checked to make sure my Pc meets all the requiremements. But still I do not know how to run the game.

Any help would be very much deeply appreciated.

    Thank you

Just a shot in the dark but worth a try,

You could try compatibility mode if you have not already. Right click on the icon you use to start the game>Properties>select the compatibility tab>then select the run this program in compatibility mode. It’s worth a try.

Also do the video tests, Start>Run>type in Dxdiag>go to the display tab and do the tests.
That’s all I can think of hope it helps.

    good luck.
