problem to use my printer canon mx426

hi ,
I have problem to print using my printer canon mx426. I just added new ink but it seem that there is no connection. I have tried to install new software but still cant connect. I also try to use cable but still not working..it still show offline. when I double click it shows windows cannot find "rundll32". make sure you type the name correctly, and then try again.

please assist

Is this
when I double click it shows windows cannot find "rundll32
the complete message or is there another part to it - for example
C:\windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\CNMSMAA.DLL

It means that windows is looking for a Dynamic Link Library file - that is the dll part of rundll to RUN but cannot because the data it is looking for is not there

It may have been caused by installing the new Canon software/drivers but not deleting the old one

What is the OS please and usually I presume you are connected wireless
by cable do you mean USB or LAN wired

Go to programs and features Uninstall all references to Canon
REBOOT
go here

http://www.supportcanon.com/download-canon-pixma-mx426-driver/

and attempt again to download the driver for the 426
DISABLING your AV and Firewall whilst you do so

After installing REBOOT
re enable your AV and Firewall and try again to make connection

it is only that msg pop up..im using windows 7 starter service pack 1. what I mean by cable is usb..last time I can be connected thru wireless now not even with usb. I will try to uninstall all canon n reinstall as per advice.

sorry for late reply..still cannot connect..maybe the software is not suitable..it seem don't find the printer

now I manage to install the driver but I have other problem when I start my pc. there is a warning pop up as follows

Logon process initialization failure
interactive logon process initialization has failed
please consult the event log for more details.

then when I try to click at the print management this massage pop up

Windows cannot find 'rundll32'. make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.

open a command prompt with admin rights
the cmd window must be headed
Administrator Command prompt
type
sfc /scannow
press enter
report results please

is that correct you are running with no AV

last time I was running with AVG but there is a lot of problem then now just uninstall it for a while..

how can I open with admin command right..i am a single user for this pc

1. How long have you been running without AV protection
2. Windows button type
cmd
when command prompt appears above right click and click run as admin

1. it have been one month
2. windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

cant upload..need to get permission from admin

download the free malwarebytes from here

NOTE in the install process ensure you OPT OUT of the free trial of the premium version
when installed open it and update it
run a scan
When it has completed using the GUI
open the tab
history
scan log on left pane
select in main window
click export
copy to clipboard
paste to reply please

what please does this refer to
