My surface pro 2 won't open without the bitlocker key which I don't have on my Microsoft account or anywhere. It's there any way to fix this?

Looking online it seems bitlocker is enabled by default on Surface Pro computers.

I changed the link in my previous post to a Microsoft one that shows the official ways of recovering a bitlocker key, so have a look at that please.

Just to confirm, this Surface Pro machine is one you purchased, or given to you by your workplace? If the latter, then their IT team should have it.

If it's a personal purchase, the BitLocker key should be installed on the Microsoft account that was first used during the setup.
