i have an HP, PII, 192RAM.
i installed a TDK internal 40/12/48x drive. for 5 months everthing has been normal. now what is happening is the TDK drive READS and WRITES only to CDR's not CD-RW's. it says theres nothing in the drive to read.?

can anyone tell me a fix for this problem.

    thanks

try a different make of disks (color of disk seems to determine)

    updated your software?
