Problem With Folders

For some reason when any of my files are viewed as thumbnails, the title will not show either. Does anyone know how to fix this? Help is greatly appreciated.

Shift+clicking a folder will cause the names of the files to disappear. Open another folder, then shift+click the folder with the thumbnails. The titles should be restored.
