My sister's computer has two voice software for the blind (the software will read every word on the webpage). It works well with Sofware D but when she runs Software Y, IE often shows a error message and has to close. Each time has different error message, sometimes with kernel32.dll, ntdll.dll, sometimes oleaut32.dll, or even unknown. The Software Y runs well on other computer (both of them are WinXP Home SP2). This problem happens on both IE 6.0 and 7.0. Can anyone offer me some help? Thank you!

Below are the three recent error messages along with the log file from HijackThis:

Welcome to TSG...Have you tried unistalling and reinstalling 'software y'?

Is tech support available for that software?

Must we call it software y, or can we know the name of the application?

Without specifics, it will be tough to troubleshoot...

Thank you for the reply. I unistalled and reinstalled the software several times, but the problem remains. This is a Chinese screen reader software and there is no technical support for it. I asked the software company and they just said that they had no idea what happened. The name of this software is Yangguang (I think it's useless to know the name ><), which is similar to Window-Eyes (http://www.gwmicro.com/Window-Eyes/). Thank you!

I have a friend across the state who uses screen readers--the reason I asked is that he tells me that knowing a bit about one screen reading application still means knowing nothing about another--each seems very different. I thought we might be lucky, but his screen reader certainly doesn't read chinese. Sorry.
