I am having a problem with printing a spreadsheet in Quattro Pro 11. I have windows xp. The problem is, that every time that I click
on print preview, I get an error message. The error message
says "Page Count Over 1000. The Print Block is too large. Use
a smaller print block." What does this mean, and how can I change my settings, so I can print the spreadsheet out? Any help that anyone can give me on this, will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you format any rows or columns by clicking on the row/column indicator? If so, your formatting has spanned either 18278 columns or 1000000 rows.

Try selecting just the portion of the spreadsheet you wish to print before going to print preview.

Also, go to Tools|Settings|Compatibility. There you can reduce the size of the default notebook to something more in line with what you need.

Also in QP, it is better to select a few more cells than what you think you will need Than to select entire rows/columns.

I've tried this suggestion and it doesn't allow me to change it.
I keep getting an error message. However, I did try copying
my spreadsheet and pasting it into a new spreadsheet and
that helped. Now when I click on Print Preview, it shows the
spreadsheet to be printed, exactly as what it is showing on
my computer screen. After I copied the old spreadsheet, than I deleted it. Thanks for all your help in trying to help me solve this problem.
