Files not being listed in the Recycle Bin seem to be related to a corrupt info2 file. To correct the issue (Fat32):

Go to Start/Run and type in CMD:

Type CD \RECYCLED, and then press ENTER. (or recycler depending on your system)
Type ATTRIB -r -s -h info2, and then press ENTER.
Type DEL INFO2, and then press ENTER.

NOTE: This deletes the damaged INFO2 file. Windows will recreate this file as needed, automatically.

"recycled" is the name of the recycle bin in FAT32 file systems. In NTFS it is "recycler". Since you got a "path not found" message I assume you probably have NTFS. So do it this way.

Go to Start > Run, enter cmd and a command shell will open. At the prompt enter:

    rd /s c:\recycler

and confirm the prompt. You may need to reboot afterwards and save a file to the bin. This procedure usually takes care of most problems.

Open Windows Explorer and go to Folder Optons > View. Temporarily take the check out of "hide protected system files" and select "ok".

Now look in the folder tree on the root drive of Explorer. Has "Recycle bin" disappeared and "Recycler" or "Recycled" appeared in the tree instead?

By the way I didn't look closely at your posted Scanlog. This entry is not legit:

    O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Svr32 spool service] C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [Svr32 spool service] C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe

Reboot in Safe Mode, instructions below if you need them.

    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406

Check and "fix" those entries the scanlog and any others that contain references to spoolsrv32.exe

Then open a command prompt and enter this line:

    del C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe

Do NOT try to delete spoolsv.exe which is legitimate.

You can also try the command line deletion for the recycle bin while in Safe Mode.
