    Hi,

    I have a problem with a SCSI HD IBM IC35L036UWD210-0 and a Adaptec SCSI Car 19160/29160N.

    This problem seems to be the same than http://forums.techguy.org/hardware/200773-solved-scsi-host-adapter-produces.html

    In this post Rollin' Rog posted 2 links but anyone of these work now

    The following error message appears on start-up/boot-up:

    "UNEXPECTED SCSI COMMAND FAILURE"
    ____________________

    * TARGET SCSI ID: 6

    * SCSI CDB SENT 03 00 00 00 0E 00 70 00 02 00

    * SCSI CONTROLLER STATUS: 00H NO SCSI CONTROLLER ERROR

    * TARGET STATUS: 02 CHECK CONDITION

    * SENSE KEY: 02 NOT READY

    * SENSE CODE: 40H

    * SENSE CODE QUALIFY: 85H

    Please, can someone help me?

    Thanks

    Regards
