When I click on 'sign in' a page comes up with a login address for a different email program that I also use. Also a series of dots in the password box indicating that there is an entry there : but it is the wrong number of characters that I use for any of my passwords. Can someone tell me please what's going on and how can I get rid of this spurious log in page that keeps coming up. I'm pretty sure it is stored somewhere on my computer because there is no delay : it is not getting the login page from the web as it normally should.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Robert

That would be a caching issue which you can clear out. What browser are you using?

As it turns out Couriant (James) you are correct. When I clicked on the 'Delete' key under Internet Options in my browser (Internet Explorer 11) I found an option to delete 'Forms'. I exercised that option and my problem is no more!

    Thank you very much!

    Kind regards,
    Robert
