What program are you using for the video? MediaPlayer? What does the error say? Does it happen with all videos, or only those from a particular site?

I am using Windows Media Player as my default video player. The
error message says something about the media type is not supported by this system of video streaming and yes it is on all videos. Thank you for responding and I hope to hear from you soon.

Some video streaming sites require you use Realplayer to play them. Go to www.realplayer.com to get it.

you might need the other big video player, the Quicktime Player. what are your video file extensions? ie: .mpg .avi .mpe.....? :p

OR...you need to install or reinstall the windows media player & codecs. what version are you running? 6.4, 7.0, 7.1?
