I am new to Windows Vista and do not understand why two file folders keep replanting themselves in my "documents" folder every time I reboot. These folders are: "Updater5" and "My PSP Files". I do not know what either of these folders are referring to. They appear to be empty, yet (even though I delete them) they keep coming back as if they are designed to be in this folder for some reason. I have even tried moving them to the C: drive for safe keeping, but they keep re-copying themselves here. I don't really care if they are on my computer, I would just prefer if they were somewhere out of my way- I like to view my "Documents" folder with only those files and folders that I have placed there. What are these two folders for and how can I get rid of them?

Many programs create folders in Documents for saving files. Those folders do not belong to Vista, so they are probably created by some software that you have installed. The "PSP" implies Jasc Paint Shop Pro. Do you have that? The other folder is from a different program.

Look in the program options about changing file locations.
