I got infected yesterday with Win32 Trojan and Avast detected it and I moved it into the chest, but the infection kept on coming although I repeatedly placed all the infections into the chest.

And my PC is hijacked with the super annoying Pc-Antispyware that very smartly, kept on prompting me in many creative ways to download the bogus program from the net. I didn't download it anyway but the pop-ups are getting annoying!

Here is my Hijack this log

And the Spybot SD had been denying all registry changes that the malicious thing is trying to do. Is there any good way to remove it?
