problem writing at 4 speed

hi im having trouble writing at 4 speed with nero i can write at 1-2-6 and 8 speed but everytime i try 4 speed it fails i have tried different media thinking that was the problem i have a log file of nero and hijackthis if anyone can shed some light on it for me thanks in advance

Why is 4X such a big deal?? If you are using decent media, burn at the max or choose 6X seeing as that's available..
