Hello and thanks for reading this.

I'll try to make this as brief as possible:

-Started Windows on a not-so-often-used laptop I have
    -Freezing on loading screen
-Safe Mode and others not working either
-Decided to set laptop to factory settings (made an Acer erecovery, alt-f10 and such)
-after being done with it it automatically restarted the computer
-after loading screen a little window appears saying "setting up personalized settings for windows desktop update" and it freezes
-Tried entering on Safe Mode, now it actually worked
-Used CCleaner to check if it was a registry problem, scanned and a lot of issues came out, fixed them all
-Right after a couple of minutes on Safe Mode computer froze and had to reboot manually
-Still theres the same problem in Normal Mode
-No matter what I do, every time I enter on Safe Mode the same problems are detected again on CCleaner and again computer freezes and have to reboot manually

Thanks for reading, I'm really desperate as to find a fix for this

If you restored an image file and there is still no difference, it has to be hardware. How old is the unit?
I would run "chkdsk /r" which you can do from a command prompt, Run, cmd, chkdsk /r and hit enter. Then message that it has to reboot to do it is fine so do that and let's see what that does.

Its barely 6 months old, and like I said before, it's not used that much.

I did what you told me to do.
The type of the file system is NFTS
    Volume label is Acer
Then started checking the disk (5 stages)
    59% for now

    post later results

It always gets stuck at 59%, I've tried plenty of times and it's always the same :(

If you don't use it much as you said, let it go as long as it takes.
