I have windows 7, and an amd radeon hd 7540d. Ea keeps telling me I need to update the graphic drivers and i have followed ever step given and they are still telling me that it didnt update. I never got an error message or any sign that it didnt work, except my game that i play, lags badly.

We know nothing about your computer, so do the following in it:

Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe) to the desktop.
After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
Information about your computer will appear.
Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE text here.

Unless a computer's device isn't working properly or not working at all, there's no compelling reason to update its driver.
And if you don't know how to install a driver, or if you install the wrong driver, you can make the problem even worse.

I'm not a hardware expert nor a gamer, but I can tell you one primary reason why your gaming experience is suffering.
Your computer has a weak AMD processor and weak AMD integrated graphics and appears to have only 4 GB of RAM.
