Think that could be causing the message "some updates were not installed"?
Never seen that message until I installed Windows 7.

Hey , does this cause boot loop and no chance to restore ?
I recently updated my machine , then went to energy saver , after coming up again, pc shut down and now stuck in boot loop?

in that case you haven't got a computer that has been affected by this particular update
you need to start a new topic in Windows 7 forum where help can be offered individually to you
