Problems with G-Mail

I am having problems with gmail. As soon as I am logged in I can see all the mails in the Inbox but I cannot open any of the mails. As soon as I click on them the pc just hangs.
I did clean the machine with spybot and adaware and cleanup.
Any ideas ??

If you cleaned up your machine, did you submit for HijackThis log in the malware forum to make sure that you got everything?

One thing to try is a different browser and see if that makes a difference. If you are using IE, try Firefox. If you are using Firefox, try IE.
