On my wifes computer, she uses Kodak EasyShare. The problem is now that when she downloads the photos, they go to Imaging rather than the Kodak program. They are in BMP and cannot convert to JPG. How can we get this straightened out so it goes to the Kodak folder ?
We use PhotoIsland JPG converter but it will not convert this BMP as the version doesn't support it.
Thanks for any help on this.

    Welcome to the forums, axefan!

To convert BMP files to JPG try the free IrfanView program available HERE .

Not sure if this will help get the Kodak software back in line, but open a folder that contains any jpg image. Right click on the file and choose 'Open With...' If Kodak is not on the list, Click 'Choose Program'.
If Kodak EasyShare is not on that list, browse to C:/Program Files/Kodak/Kodak EasyShare Software/bin/EasyShare.exe ,select it and check the 'Always open with this..' option (if you wish).

Also be sure you have updated your software (this, really might be all you need) at
