Hi, I recently setup a network with my computer three computers so they can share folders and printers. I then wanted to versus my brother in a game. We turned off our firewalls and he created the game server on his computer. I could see the server from my computer but when I tried connecting I got a message saying that the computer is unreachable. I then read something it may be caused by the TCP/IP??

We are using a D-link router and we both are using Windows XP. (I am using Pro and he is using Home)

Could someone please shed some light on the situation. Thanks.

    Hmmm, which game?

Does the game give you the option to refresh NAT in game? Do you have fixed local IP addresses on your home network?
