problems with powering up and down and sound

    when we power down we get a fatal exceptionoe has accured at 0028:c000bc4e and fatal exception 06 has accured at 0028:00000017. when we power up we get fatal exception oe at 0028:ff06da22 in vxd cwandm(03) t 0003242 also do not have any sound at all

    Please post the details about your system. For example, Processor, RAM, Hard Disk, Operating System, etc.

    Also specify if possible how old is the system and when did these errors came for the first time. At that time, had you made any changes to your hardware or installed or uninstalled any softwares?
