Hi,

So when I try to install a printer driver to my notebook, I had this problem where it said that:
"Processing cannot be continued because the print spooler service has been stopped. Restart the computer to start the print spooler service and then start again."

I've tried to solve this by starting it through "services.msc" but when i click 'start' in the print spooler properties, this message pop up:
"Windows could not start the print spooler service on local computer.
Error 193: 0xc1"

Can you help me?

Thanks but I can't understand this.

"Click ‘Start’ and type ‘services.msc’ and hit Enter
Check for the multimedia class scheduler and audio endpoint builder service.
Check for the path under "path to executable:" for both the services. Make a note of the same.
Also make a note of the service name for both the services."

Can you explain this please.

Hi, best if we see what your registry entry for Spooler is, go to start, search and type :- cmd, right click on the returned cmd.exe and select "run as administrator" at the prompt copy paste:-

Code:
reg query "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spooler" /s > 0 & notepad 0
press enter, please post the notepad outcome here.
